Raviv Dozetas is one of two Directors, the other Director being his wife, Gila Dozetas. Raviv is a qualified Building Surveyor (BSc. Hons.) and has an excellent track record in being able to source, negotiate and acquire exceptional investment opportunities, turning them into highly profitable projects, primarily, but not limited to, private accommodation services. Raviv has paved a strong career through creating, establishing and building Sky Rise Investments.

 

Raviv has been a key driver in growing the business since 2005, doing so with a resilient attitude and a resourceful skillset, utilising his knowledge and expertise to navigate and break through the many market & economic changes and challenges.

 

On a personal note...

Raviv loves trying out new and different Airbnbs with his kids and wife on short get aways, mainly focusing on Yorkshire and Lake Districts ‘’I find homely cottages in rugged rural surroundings my best". Raviv also likes walks through farmlands and quiet retreats.

Ste Rawlins joined Sky Rise Investments in 2021 as the Portfolio Executive. He holds a accreditation with the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA).

 

He plays a key part in supporting the business to manage and develop in all aspects, from day-to-day operational management of the properties, tenancies and compliance, to managing renovations and working alongside Raviv to plan future projects to support continuous growth of the business.

Ste has a great understanding of the legal, regulatory and financial components required in each area of the business, from sales & lettings to building & compliance, enabling the business to safely, and well-execute all operational procedures. 

​

Ste has a comprehensive working background in Adult Social Care, specifically as a Registered Manager of Residential Care Services, and as Director of Supported Housing Services. Ste is driven by having a client-focused, well-organised, methodical approach. Ste is quality-driven and likes to ensure relationships with clients, business partners and stakeholders are reaching their maximum potential, doing so by providing an all-round high level of service, trust and respect, striving for continuous improvement.

 

On a personal note...

Ste has a keen eye for what looks good and enjoys the design aspects of renovation projects, whether at work or when renovating his 1910-built home. When he’s not working, he likes to spend time relaxing at home with his partner and his Miniature Pinscher, Hugo, when they’re not out on a long countryside walk or at the beach. He also loves a holiday to Las Vegas & Los Angeles.
